Meet Dr. Liz Montero
Dr. Liz Montero is a board-certified pediatric dentist known for her warm approach and dedication to creating positive dental experiences for children. Affectionately called “Dr. Liz” by her patients, she believes every visit should be both comfortable and fun.
Dr. Liz earned her Master’s degree in Oral Health and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree cum laude from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. She completed her pediatric dentistry residency at NOVA Southeastern University, where she received advanced training in oral conscious sedation and specialized in caring for children with special health care needs.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Liz is passionate about serving diverse communities and expanding access to quality pediatric dental care. She has participated in dental mission trips throughout Latin America and remains actively involved in outreach programs that support children locally and abroad.

Meet Dr. Dania Turcios
Dr. Dania Turcios brings a thoughtful, prevention-focused approach to pediatric dentistry and is dedicated to educating families about their child’s oral health. She believes that when parents and children are informed and involved, dental care becomes a positive and empowering experience.
Originally from South Texas, Dr. Dania earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas–Pan American and was accepted into an early assurance program with the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry. There, she earned her dental degree and developed a strong foundation in restorative dentistry and patient-centered care.
After dental school, Dr. Dania spent time in Colorado before returning to Texas to start her family. Now based in the Austin area, she balances caring for her patients with raising her two young children. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, baking, and exploring Austin’s vibrant food scene.
Dr. Dania is known for her gentle style, clear communication, and commitment to helping children feel comfortable and confident at every visit.

Dr. Alex was drawn to pediatric dentistry because it allows her to make a lasting difference in a child’s life. She believes positive dental experiences shape how children care for their health well into adulthood. As a mother, she also understands how deeply parents want to feel confident in the care their child receives.
Her career has been guided by a commitment to prevention, safety, and education. Dr. Alex is passionate about empowering parents with knowledge and supporting children through gentle, minimally invasive care. Every decision she makes reflects her belief that children deserve dentistry that protects their health while respecting their comfort and individuality.

Dr. Liz Montero
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Montero or as her patient’s lovingly call her “Dr. Liz” graduated with a Master’s degree in Oral Heath and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with a Cum Laude standing from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. She went on to complete a Pediatric Dentistry residency from NOVA Southeastern University where she received additional training in providing dental treatment for children under oral conscious sedation. During her residency, Dr. Liz sub-specialized on the dental management of patients with Special Health Care Needs.
Dr. Montero strongly believes in volunteering for outreach programs which benefit both the local community and abroad. She is a firm supporter of local awareness programs to aid children with special health care needs. Dr. Liz’s fluency in both English and Spanish has allowed her to participate in dental mission trips to Latin America providing dental treatment for underserved children.
Dr. Montero is a member of the Capital Area Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Hispanic Dental Association. Dr. Liz believes in making your children’s dental visit a pleasant and fun experience and looks forward to meeting your entire family.

Dr. Dania Turcios
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Dania Turcios grew up in South Texas and graduated from the University of Texas Pan-American. In her freshman year of undergrad, she was accepted into an early acceptance program with the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston- Dental Branch. She earned her dental degree there and excelled in restorative dentistry and patient care. Focusing on prevention and education is her main philosophy. She aims to change people's outlook on oral health by taking the time to educate patients and parents, involve them in their treatment and provide them with the highest quality care in the gentlest way possible. After dental school, she wanted to get out of Texas and explored Colorado for a couple of years where she learned to fall in love with the outdoors. She decided to come back to Texas when it was time to start a family and the Austin area has felt like home ever since.
She has two young children that keep her plenty busy, but loves to cook, bake, and explore Austin's amazing food scene.
