Giving Back Locally
Giving back is an important part of who we are. Our team is passionate about using our skills, time, and resources to support children and families who may otherwise face barriers to dental care.
We are proud to participate in community-focused initiatives that promote health, education, and wellness, including outreach programs designed to improve access to pediatric dental care. Through these efforts, we aim to make a meaningful difference right here in Manor.
Education is a key part of prevention, and we value opportunities to partner with families and schools to help children understand the importance of oral health as part of overall well-being.
Give Kids A Smile®
Give Kids A Smile® is a national outreach event where dentists volunteer their time and services to provide free dental care to children without dental insurance. The goal is simple but powerful: to help children receive the dental care they need to stay healthy and confident.
Manor Kids Dentist was proud to host Give Kids A Smile® on Saturday, February 8, 2020, offering free dental exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants to selected Manor ISD scholars.
This event was open exclusively to middle and high school Manor ISD students without dental insurance. Students with private insurance, Medicaid, or CHIP were not eligible to participate. Appointments were required, and availability was limited.
Hosting Give Kids A Smile® reflects our belief that every child deserves access to quality dental care, regardless of their circumstances. We are honored to support our local students and families through initiatives like this.
